I think you told us to do it in the spreadsheet was because we need to know how much money will cost in total. You also have to do it to check if we have enough money if we don't we can not go with the persons plan. If we did not have the spreadsheet we would not know if we had enough or do have enough. If we were already going to the field trip and we did a plan with someone that had a very expensive hotel and then we will not have enough money with the person who selected a expensive hotel we would not be able to eat nor to go to fun places. I think what Mrs.Hinojosa did with the spreadsheet was a real good deal and I think if I was a teacher a technology teacher I woould do the same thing as Mrs.Hinojosa.
